Policies & Care guidelines

As a jewelry designer and holistic wellness practitioner, I recognize the deeply personal nature of handcrafted jewelry, which can range from unique custom designs, re-designed pieces that you've had in your jewelry box for years but want a different design for it, simplistic designs like custom stretchy bracelets, to more complex and deeply intimate memorial pieces honoring cherished animal companions that have since passed (where you want to incorporate ashes, fur, whiskers, or teeth).

When understanding the individualized and bespoke nature of my jewelry creations,  it's important that I provide clear information about my policies connected to the jewelry design process as a whole. Please review the following details carefully.

Customized Creations, No Returns
Each piece I craft, whether a memorial talisman or a custom-designed jewel, is tailored to your specifications. Due to this customization, I cannot accept returns. I meticulously ensure that every piece, whether capturing the essence of a beloved companion or reflecting a personal vision, meets my high standards of craftsmanship and emotional resonance.

No Refunds, Exceptional Craftsmanship
My commitment to personalization and detailed artistry means that I do not offer refunds. Once I begin crafting your vision, considerable resources, and craftsmanship are dedicated to creating a piece that's uniquely yours. While I cannot issue refunds for completed orders, my dedication to quality and meaningful design remains steadfast.

Collaborative Design for Satisfaction
I prioritize your satisfaction in every piece, especially in my entirely custom designs and memorial jewelry. Before production, we will collaborate closely as a team to finalize design details, ensuring your preferences are perfectly captured. Please review and confirm these specifications before I start crafting your piece.

Addressing Your Concerns
Should any concerns arise, such as craftsmanship defects or design discrepancies, contact me immediately. I am deeply committed to resolving issues efficiently, ensuring your jewelry perfectly honors your vision or the memory of your beloved animal companion.

Shipping Responsibility

While I ensure the utmost care in packaging and dispatching your jewelry, I cannot and will not be held responsible for damage during shipping, delayed shipments, or missing packages. I ship all packages with the United States Postal Service, and all shipments will have a tracking number that allows for tracking of your shipment through every step of the shipping process. Items that are of steep value will require insurance coverage and required signatures upon delivery as extra steps of protection for your precious creation(s).

Again, please not that I am NOT responsible for damage that might happen during shipping delayed shipments, or missing packages. Once the package has left my hands and is transferred over to the United States Postal Service, I am no longer responsible for what happens.

Jewelry Care Instructions
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your custom or memorial jewelry, I recommend following a set of care instructions. Proper care helps preserve your piece as a lasting symbol of cherished memories or personal expression.

  • Handling with Care: Gently handle your jewelry, especially those with delicate materials or inclusions.

  • Moisture and Chemicals: Avoid exposure to moisture and chemicals. Remove your piece during activities that could expose it to potentially harmful substances (i.e. swimming, bathing, etc.).

  • Cleaning Guidelines: Clean metals with a soft cloth; for tougher residues, use mild soap and warm water, then gently dry.
    .

  • Storage and Protection: Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, in a separate pouch or compartment.

  • Avoid Abrasive Materials: Keep your jewelry away from rough surfaces and abrasive cleaning materials.

  • Regular Inspections and Professional Maintenance: Regularly inspect and, if necessary, have your jewelry professionally maintained. Repair and polishing services are available upon request.

  • Prevent Tarnishing: Store certain metals in airtight containers to reduce tarnishing.

  • Mindful of Allergies: Be aware of any metal allergies and choose hypoallergenic options if needed.

Following these guidelines will help ensure your custom or memorial jewelry remains a cherished keepsake. For any questions or assistance, I am always here to help.

Thank you for considering me as the designer for your custom and memorial jewelry needs. I am dedicated to supporting you in creating a piece that holds deep personal significance.
